A Fatal Inocybe (Fr.) Fr. Poisoning in Mediterranean Turkey

A fatal case of mushroom poisoning by Inocybe rimosa (Bull.) P. Kumm. in Isparta is reported and documented. The descriptior of the poisonous taxon and a short discussion of the case of poisoning are presented.
