Five new records of Morchella species for Turkey

Abstract

Various species of Morclıella are exported to foreign couııtries, especially to France, Sweden, Gennany, England, Belgium, especially Netherland and U.S.A. The export gives a profıt to Turkish economy. These mushrooms grow in Acgean, Mediıerranean and Marmara regions. Ecological facıors of Muğla province are suitable for Morchella species. This reason stimulated us ıo collect fungi in question in Muğla.
