Distal Özofagusta Heterotopik Gastrik Mukoza (İnlet Patch): Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Heterotopik gastrik mukoza (HGM); gastrik mukozanın gastrointestinal sistemin herhangi bir yerine ektopik olarak yerleşmesi ile tanımlanabilir. HGM sıklıkla özofagusun proksimal kesiminde görülmektedir ancak daha az sıklıkla orta ve distal özofagusta da görülebilir. Bu çalışmada daha az sıklıkla görülen distal özofagus yerleşimli heterotopik gastrik mukoza olgusu sunulmuştur.

Heterotopic gastric mucosa (HGM) can be defined as the ectopic placement of gastric mucosa in any part of the gastrointestinal tract. HGM is frequently seen in the proximal segment of the esophagus, but less frequently in the middle and distal esophagus. In this study, a case of heterotopic gastric mucosa with distal esophagus located less frequently is presented.
