Orman Mühendislerinin Mesleki Örgütlenmeye Bakış Açıları

Abstract

Meslek mensuplarının haklarını korumak, mesleğin gelişimine katkıda bulunmak ve mesleğini tanıtmak gibi amaçları olan mesleki örgütleme, kalkınma ve demokratikleşmede önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, mesleki örgütlenmenin önemi ve örgütlenme gereksinimleri orman mühendisliği ve akademisyen mesleği (ormancılık bilimi ile ilgilenen) açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında 250 kişinin görüşleri anket tekniği vasıtasıyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin normal dağılım göstermemesi sebebiyle parametrik olmayan testlerden Mann-Whitney U testi ve Kruskal Wallis testi kullanılarak veriler değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, meslek sahiplerinin mesleki örgüt vasıtasıyla kendisini geliştirebilmesine olanak sağlaması ve mesleki örgütün çalışmalarının önemli birer faktör olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
