Özet
In this study, the Money substiution is researched. As in the countries vvhere inflation exist Money loses its functions, it is substituted by the money of the countries where low inflation is current. While economic units secure themselves indivually, Money substitution brings about interesting results from the perspective of acro economic policies. In the countries vvhere the Money substitution is dominant, macro economic dimensions like Money supply, exchange rate, interset can not be contolled. After a time, then, the Money substitution has been transformed into aselfding process and has gained an institutional strıcture. in this study, after the theotical analysis of Money substitution, it is tried to determine thr varaibles effecting oney substitution in Turkey, by VAR analysis and basing upon this, by variant decompsition.
