Abstract

Tarihsel süreçte sağlığın ve hastalığın tanımı ve anlamı değişmiştir. Bu değişim sağlık hizmetini sunanların ilişkilerine de yansımıştır. Geleneksel yaşamın toplumsal ilişkilerinden beslenen sağlık personeli ilişkileri, modernin gereksinimlerini karşılayabilmek adına değişmiştir. Sağlık dendiğinde ilk akla gelenlerden olan hekim ve hastanın da anlamsal içerikleri ve onların birbiriyle olan ilişkileri de değişimden nasibini almıştır. İlişkinin nasıl değiştiğini tanımlayabilmek için farklı modeller geliştirilmiştir. Çalışma, hastalığın değişimi, hekim hasta ilişkisinin modellerini ve bu modellerin değişimini ve sağlık personeli iletişimini sağlık sosyolojisi çerçevesinde irdelemeye çalışmaktadır

Historically, the definition and meaning of health and disease have changed. This change is reflected in the relationship of health service providers. Health personnel relationships, fed from social relations of traditional life, have changed in order to meet modern needs. When it comes to health, some of the semantic contents and changes of the physician and the patient, who are the first to come to mind, Different models have been developed to describe how the relationship has changed. The study tries to investigate the change of the disease, the models of the physician patient relationship and the change of these models and the health personnel communication within the framework of health sociology.
